Wether that was getting stung by a bee on the way, both of our cars got dented by a hail storm, and we walked into a house flooding by a rain storm together. It was entertaining to say the least and an unforgettable experience. Aaron had a way of being extremely personal and professional with us as first time home buyers. We thought at many times we were wasting his time as we were very picky with what we were looking for when it came to purchasing a home. He stayed true and loyal to us and did not lose his patience. The closing was easy to get through because our realtor explained well the process. Her knowledge of the area we bought from made me at peace to raise my family here. Cynthia's approach to the home buyers experience was great. She had a good grasp on the market. She gave us good direction on what realistically things should be like. Her expectations for finding us a good quality home made me feel good. She was always encouraging and uplifting through the hard times. Loosing bids aren't fun. But she made it clear from the beginning what the competition is like. Always encouraging us to at least try. It only gave us more experience and knowledge of the process. She went above and beyond the work hours. She would meet my husband after his 12 hour shifts to look at homes. She was always professional and enthusiastic no matter the time of day. I'm very encouraged by her stamina and strength. She moved with ease and grace through the whole process. I'm excited for her future. Cynthia has made the process of looking for homes in a very competitive market very worth while. I wanted to give up when our offers weren't good enough. Our realtor found a home for us in a very desperate time for me. I had already given up hope to find a quality home in our price range. She went above and beyond the call of duty. This home we purchased was 15,000 above our budget. The sellers where in a tight spot and needed to sell quickly. Their realtor and ours worked well together. Cynthia made all this happen by being consistent and truthful throughout the process. There where no surprises and the whole process was worth the wait. Cynthia has a very challenging job. She was very patient with meeting our needs. She kept our standards for looking for homes. She was very knowledgeable and easy to approach with any questions. Her knowledge made it easy to pick the right home with confidence. The closing was scary for me. But our realtor made finishing up this long hard process easy and enjoyable. I hope she continues to make people's dreams come true in finding their dream home. This home I live in now goes above and beyond my expectations. Thanks Cynthia for giving us your best.
