Over the years, we have worked previously with a number of other brokers, including a few at Cressy and Everett. Ultimately, a connection with a friend led us to consider Christine Tirotta -- really, it was clear after one conversation that she understood our style and what we were looking for more than any of our prior agents. While it took us three tries to have a successful bid for a home, in a very competitive market, I feel that we ultimately purchased the best of the bunch. On top of that, Christine's attention to detail and advice during the inspection process saved us in a significant way as the seller had already had a passed septic inspection and Christine suggested we conduct our own with someone she trusts. Ultimately, that septic inspection failed and the issue was corrected before we closed. Christine Tirotta's an excellent agent and advocate, going above and beyond throughout the process. She has considerable knowledge of the area, is a fantastic listener, and served as a great guide every step of the way. Truly stellar and would highly recommend!
